Air Max nike womens

Welcome news to fans of Nike Basketball’s archives and especially Charles Barkley signature shoe aficionados, the Nike Air Max2 CB is back again for 2015. We’re expecting to see the (somehow) never before retroed original white/black/purple colorway later in the year, but first up is a brand new version that seems to have some patriotic tendencies in an Obsidian synthetic nubuck upper accented with white and Gym Red. Take another look here because you’ll want to decide if you need a pair now while you have time before they disappear from select shops like Rock City Kicks.

The Nike Air Max2 CB ’94 is slated to return in April. There’s a lot happening with Charles Barkley‘s retro offerings right now, after the announcement that the true original colorway of the CB ’94 would be returning later this year. Complete with the bulky Air Max unit and a plethora of premium leather panels, the shoe was obviously made for forwards looking for extra cushion and support in the paint. Nike hasn’t forgotten about Chuck’s tenure with them with the likes of the surprising Chuck Posite releasing, but it’s nice to see both parties return to a more traditional offering. The latest look emulates a Dream Team feel, as a navy base is flanked by accents of a pristine white and vibrant red. Are you a fan of this colorway? More photos below.

Heads up: arguably the most celebrated Nike Barkley sneaker is coming back to store shelves. The Air Max2 CB ’94, easily recognized for the mesh-laden holes on the upper, beefy Max Air on the heel, and aggressive forefoot design, was a massive hit back in the day and original colorways have always been a big draw during the retro releases, and while we’ve seen the classic “Suns” colorway make its return several times, the white leather pair seen here will be a bonafide first-timer. Alongside this original colorway is another in navy blue and red, and we figure more will be in the works in the coming months as well. Get a detailed look at these Retro Barkleys below and stay tuned for a release – they’re already in stores in Korea.
