The jury is still out on the mid-top version of the Air Max 1, but these clean colorways certainly help the case for acceptance. An all-white synthetic leather upper is matched with a BHM-friendly graphic on the heel, so although these aren’t an official part of the 2015 BHM Pack by Nike, they can certainly pass as such. After a handful of somewhat overlooked releases for the modified mid-top Nike Air Max 1 throughout the year, Nike Sportswear appears to now be making a bold statement with the next Air Max 1 Mid, as you can see here by this dotted colorway. Starting with subtle tones of Light Stone grey and navy blue, the iconic runner gone mid-top casual option then gets taken up a notch with Flash Lime dots around the ankle and added touches of magenta. The end product may be a love-it-or-hate-it sneaker, so make your assessment after getting a closer look and then expect them at Nike Sportswear retailers in early 2015.
