Some sneakers just have that Summer vibe, you know? Take for example the Nike Air Max Plus Breathe Arctic Orange, although it’s bold in appearance, I’m pretty sure it fits right with whatever else you’re wearing Summer ’17.We already saw Metallic Silver cover the Nike Air Max 97 last month. Up next? Metallic Gold. There will be a handful of Air Max models releasing this month covered in the aforementioned hue, but the lineup is highlighted by the Air Max 97.

After bringing you official images of the women’s pair, we now bring you an official look at the men’s version of the Air Max 97 Metallic Gold. With its reflective, fluid lines inspired by Japan’s bullet trains, this shoe comes covered in gold with Varsity Red detailing on the branding, and black hits on the inner liner, tongue, and heel. A white midsole and full-length Max Air sole unit completes the look. The Nike Air Max 97 Metallic Gold will release on May 18th 2017 for a retail price of $160.

This version of the Nike Air Max Plus Breathe comes with an Arctic Orange (Pinkish) upper constructed out of a breathable mesh alongside the patent leather on the mudguard and heel. More of the same hue can be found on most of the branding, lining and laces. Below you will find a White sole unit that not only adds contrast but adds to the clean aesthetic of the shoe. No release date yet, but we’re pretty sure these will drop at Nike in the very near future.
